At Enchanting Mystical Moments we currently ONLY deliver goods to Calgary. All orders will be shipped out on the weekend of the week the order is placed.
NOTE: We currently DO NOT ship to any other place.
Orders may qualify for additional shipping charges depending on the size and bulk of the order. Customers will always be contacted before any such charge is added. Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notification. We will only accept returns for damaged product with accompanying photographs of damage. If you have a problem with your order, please respond to any of your order update emails or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer care team will be happy to help address your concern in the best possible manner.
Our goal at Enchanting Mystical Moments is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience. In the event that something was damaged in transit we will replace it at no cost to the customer. If the item being returned was purchased as a special package or on sale, then a refund will be issued.
Your order was packed with great care and attention to detail. Any damages should be reported to and claimed immediately with the carrier as well as contacting us at email@example.com. Wherever possible, please attach a picture of the damage for your records.
NOTE: All returns must be processed “in person” in our Calgary head office.
